Portuguese - English

Before any document can be officially registered with the Portuguese government, it must be first translated from English into Portuguese. In most cases, the document and the translation must be sent to the Portuguese Consulate for registration. These translations are used for inheriting property, registering marriages, obtaining Portuguese citizenship, etc.  Examples, birth, marriage and death certificates, wills, etc.
